The team was wonderful!
The trip to Benin organized by ANAYI International was my first humanitarian missions trip. The team was amazing! I thank God for the privilege I had to help the underprivileged. Interaction with university students in the cities of Abomey-Calavi and Parakou was a rewarding experience. Trips to villages for the distribution of “kakis” (school uniforms) and soccer balls were just as rewarding, and I could see love in the children’s eyes.
At the orphanage, it was a totally new experience. Just being there with the kids, to hold them, sing and play with them made a big difference to them. I thank the Lord for the opportunity I had to participate in this amazing trip, which has changed the way I see things.
